Entrantes: all i pebre de anguila, sgarraet con bacalado, clóchinas y ensalada valenciana.
Plato principal: a elegir por el grupo entre paella valenciana o fideuá
Postre: flan de crema o helado.

El pueblo del Palmar tiene un enorme interés turístico y geográfico: es, después de todo, una isla dentro del lago de La Albufera. En este sentido, y para conocer el entorno, viajaremos al espectacular mirador del citado lago donde permaneceremos 15 minutos contemplando toda la belleza del paisaje. A continuación visitaremos el Centro de Interpretación de Especies donde conoceremos la microfauna del lago y su evolución, y acto seguido, nos acercaremos al Pueblo del Palmar para hacer un breve recorrido a pié por el mismo. Una vez allí, visitaremos una barraca (vivienda típica de la zona) y proseguiremos dando un paseo por el lago de la albufera de 45 minutos, recorriendo sus canales. Al finalizar degustaremos un menú típico de la zona con unos entrantes valencianos y una arroz elaborado expresamente para el grupo.

Aunque habitualmente recogemos en un punto de encuentro previamente establecido, en hotel o en el puerto de Valencia, también podemos hacerlo en el aeropuerto de Manises (consultar disponibilidad e incremento de precio para esta última opción).

The Palmar village has an enormous tourist and geographical interest: It´s, after all, an island on The Albufera lake. In this sense, and in order to know the whole environment, we will travel to the spectacular looking post of this lake, where we will remain 15 minutes to contemplate the beauty around us. Then, we will visit The Interpretation of Species Centre, where we will know the lake microfauna and its evolution, and following that, we will go to The Palmar village for a walk. Once there, we will visit a barraca (typical house in the area) and we will continue taking a stroll through the Albufera lake canals for about 45 minutes. At the end we will taste a typical menu of the local cuisine with valencian starters and a rice made for the group.

Although usually we will pick the group up at the hotel, at the port of Valencia or in a meeting point established earlier, we can do it at the Manises airport (consult availability and increase price for this last option).
